The free call comes first, so we can both check AI is worth a look before anyone travels. Simple, well-defined jobs go straight from the free call to a written plan with the hours. That plan is free: it's your quote. Bigger or less clearly defined jobs start with a first AI review: a fixed-length session, charged by the hour, with its length agreed with you and written down first. We can hold the review at your place.
Why it helps to meet in person
The time AI can save tends to hide in small jobs that happen every day and never get written down. They're much easier to spot when we sit with whoever does them and watch how it's done.

There are two of us, so whoever comes to see you also does the work. Brandon Fisher, AI and automation consultant, has worked with AI since 2022 and has 18 years' experience in the IT sector. No. We work with SMEs anywhere in the UK. Outside Berkshire, we work remotely, by video call, phone and email. Everything else stays the same, including the hours, written down before anything is built.
By the hour. The first call is free, and your written quote shows our rate and the hours, which we won't go over without asking. You pay software and AI usage fees in your own accounts. We're not VAT registered. How we price has the rest.
No. Training runs online, for 2 to 6 people, on fixed dates agreed with your team. There's no certificate of attendance. If you're in Berkshire, we can meet in person first to talk through what your team needs. AI training for business has the detail.
Nothing formal. A rough list of the jobs that eat the most time each week is plenty. If you can, have the person who does them around when we visit: they'll know where the time goes.
