About NetVortex
Who's behind NetVortex? Regan and Brandon Fisher.
The two of us
NetVortex is a family studio, and there are two of us. We do the work ourselves, from planning a job to handing it over, with no account managers in between. When you get in touch, you'll hear back from Regan or Brandon the same day.
How we work
Every job starts with a free call. You tell us where the time goes each week, and we tell you plainly whether AI can help. Sometimes the honest answer is no. If you'd like a rough idea before talking to anyone, try our AI readiness assessment. It doesn't ask for your email.
Simple, well-defined jobs go straight from the free call to a written plan with the hours. That plan is free: it's your quote. Bigger or less clearly defined jobs start with a first AI review: a fixed-length session, charged by the hour, with its length agreed with you and written down first. We'll ask before going past the hours in the plan. How we price covers the rest.
We set things up in your own accounts. You pay for the software and any AI usage directly, and both are listed in your quote. Once our work is paid for, it's yours, data included.
What we set up to talk to your customers follows these rules. Standard messages like booking reminders go out automatically, in wording you've approved. Anything AI writes for one particular customer is checked by a person before it goes out. Live assistants, such as website chats and phone receptionists, always say they're AI, hand over to a person on request, and have their conversations reviewed afterwards. No outbound AI marketing calls.
Work you can check
Our focus now is AI, but we've also designed and built websites for small businesses, and we still look after them. One is AM2PM Fitness, for Anish, a personal trainer in Berkshire. Anish and another website client, Josh Grey, have both reviewed us on Google. Both reviews are about websites, not AI work.

AM2PM Fitness
Anish's site takes call bookings, coaching sign-ups and kit orders, and emails each order to him.

We're in Berkshire, around Reading and Maidenhead, and we meet clients in person in Berkshire towns. SMEs elsewhere in the UK work with us remotely, by video call, phone and email. If you're local, there's more on working with an AI consultant in Berkshire.
Business details
Legally, NetVortex is the trading name of Brandon Fisher, sole trader. We're not VAT registered, so we don't add VAT to our quotes. Our terms of business set out how we work, in plain English.
The London address at the bottom of each page is where our post goes. We work from Berkshire. To reach us, email info@netvortex.co.uk, call 07903 002125 or message us on WhatsApp (messages only, not calls).
Names like ours
Search for our name and you'll find a few things that aren't us. We're the AI and automation studio in Berkshire at netvortex.co.uk, and we're not connected with:
- netvortex.tech (NetVortex Technology), an IT and software company in Tanzania
- net-vortex.com, a proxy service
- nexVortex, a US telecoms company
- a network processor called NetVortex, from around 2000
We don't control netvortex.io, so it isn't our website.
Questions
As AI consultants, we work out which jobs in your business are worth handing to AI. Then we build the AI automations that take the repetitive ones off your plate. We set up website chatbots and AI receptionists for business too. And we run AI training for business: online sessions for 2 to 6 people, on fixed dates agreed with your team.
No. We build with Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Microsoft's tools, and the training we run for teams covers ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini. The right one for you depends a lot on the software your business already runs on. Our guide to the best AI tools for business compares the main four.
Brandon Fisher. NetVortex is his trading name, so he's the data controller for anything you send us, whichever of us you deal with. Our privacy notice explains what we do with it and how long we keep it.
